Refund & Return Policy

At Godbody Concepts, we take pride in creating intentional, high-quality products rooted in wellness, ritual, and integrity. Because many of our offerings are handcrafted, small-batch, or made-to-order, we ask that you read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 7 days of delivery. If you wish to return an item, it must be in its original packaging, sealed, and in resalable condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@godbodyconcepts.org with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Due to the nature of herbal, wellness, and body care products, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or unsealed items. This includes teas, oils, supplements, and any product where the protective seal has been broken. We also do not offer refunds on digital products, event tickets, or personalized orders unless otherwise stated.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing support@godbodyconcepts.org. Include photos and your order number so we can assess and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If a replacement is needed, we will cover the cost of reshipping.

We reserve the right to approve or deny refunds at our discretion, based on the condition of the product, timeline of the request, and nature of the issue. Approved refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within 7–15 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Godbody Concepts is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once an order has been marked as delivered. For extra protection, we encourage you to use a secure shipping address and add tracking or insurance where applicable. If your package is delayed or lost in transit, we’re happy to help file a claim with the carrier, but please note that resolution timelines are determined by the shipping provider.
