We do our best to process orders promptly, but we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, weather, or other third-party issues outside our control.

While we are passionate about wellness, Godbody Concepts does not offer medical advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before using herbal supplements or products, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medications, or have a pre-existing condition. You agree to use our products at your own risk and release us from any liability associated with product misuse or allergic reaction.

We make every effort to ensure that product images, descriptions, and pricing are accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen will display colors precisely, and we are not liable for minor discrepancies between product appearance and your expectations. Our products are handmade in small batches, and slight variations in texture, color, or scent are normal and not grounds for return.

Returns are accepted on a limited basis for unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery, as detailed in our Refund Policy. Digital products, opened goods, and personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. If your order is incorrect or arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours at support@godbodyconcepts.org to resolve the issue. We reserve the right to determine refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
