Shipping Policy

Effective Date: August 1, 2025

At Godbody Concepts, we are committed to delivering your products with care, consistency, and clarity—whether you're down the street or across the world. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding holidays and weekends. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

For local customers in the Pattaya and Jomtien areas, we offer same-day Grab Express delivery on most items. To qualify for same-day service, your order must be placed before 3:00 PM local time. Orders placed after that time will be delivered the following day or as early as possible.

For all other locations within Thailand, we ship using Flash Express, a trusted domestic courier service. Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, and we occasionally offer free shipping promotions for local or bulk orders.

We proudly serve a global customer base. International orders are shipped using reliable couriers with tracking included. Estimated delivery times vary by region—typically 5–10 business days within Asia-Pacific and 7–15 business days to the U.S. and Europe. Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues are rare but possible and beyond our control. We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we will do our best to help you locate your shipment if issues arise.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their home country. These fees are not included in the product or shipping costs and are determined by your local customs authority. We recommend checking your country's import policies before placing an order, as Godbody Concepts is not liable for any unexpected charges or refused shipments due to unpaid fees.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time. If you require a secure delivery location or signature upon arrival, please note this at checkout or contact us in advance. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as "delivered" by the courier; however, we are happy to assist with filing claims or resolving issues on your behalf.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless an error occurred on our part. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact support@godbodyconcepts.org within 72 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will do our best to make it right.
